RD1 Spirits led by R&D Master Distiller Jarrad Gollihue PhD and Co-Founder Barry Brinegar will be presenting this blind. Dr. Gollihue wrote his thesis on how american oak interacts with distilled spirits. This blind will be an advanced level discussion on wood and sampling some VERY unique RD1 Bourbon’s from their research lab.
